Executions and / or coordination of (specialized) process technology tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver required outcomes by managing day-to-day relationships with contract service providers while working within an established contract management plan.
  • ​Identify shortcomings and suggest improvements to existing processes, systems, and procedures, then delivers a plan for a small element of a change management program with guidance from a project/program manager.
  • ​Work within established knowledge management systems to deliver pre-set outcomes for area of responsibility.
  • ​Help develop procedures for an area of the organization and monitor their implementation.
  • ​Define and deliver products and services that meet customer needs by selecting the best possible approaches available within established systems.
  • ​Deliver small-scale or medium-scale projects while working within an established program management plan.​


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor of Science required, engineering focus preferred.
  • ​Experience enables job holder to deal with the majority of situations and to advise others
  • ​Negotiates without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on how to help the organization by obtaining consensus between two or more internal or external parties who may have different interests.
  • ​Applies understanding of the business environment and objectives to develop solutions without supervision, while also providing technical assistance when necessary.
  • ​Independently supports business processes with comprehensive understanding and effective use of standard office equipment and standard software packages, while also providing guidance and training to others.
  • ​Identifies, assesses, prioritizes, and manages risks in a production process without supervision and provides technical guidance when required.
  • ​Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on planning, organizing, prioritizing, and overseeing activities to efficiently meet business objectives.
  • ​Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on developing appropriate plans or performing necessary actions based on recommendations and requirements.
  • ​Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on developing, monitoring, interpreting, and understanding policies and procedures, while making sure they match organizational strategies and objectives.
  • ​Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on costing, budgeting, and finance tasks.
  • ​Works without supervision while providing technical guidance when required on managing projects and/or programs within desired cost, time, and quality parameters.
  • ​Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on analyzing data trends for use in reports to help guide decision making.
  • ​Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on achieving full compliance with applicable rules and regulations in management and/or operations.
  • ​Applies comprehensive knowledge and skills to independently manage and apply safe systems of work while providing guidance and training to others.

Summary Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. (Specific rate to be determined, but not limited to, geographic location, education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data).

Pay Range: $81,400 - $135,700
