The Opportunity

Salary: $90,000–$100,000

They are looking for a hands-on Process Engineer to join their engineering team, drive manufacturing improvements and develop processes across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Root cause analysis, scrap reduction and process efficiency.
• Driving continuous improvement using Six Sigma methodologies.
• Applying DOE to optimise manufacturing processes.
• Developing tooling, fixtures, drawings and shop-floor processes.
• Process control, documentation and cross-functional coordination.

Ideal Background

• BS degree in an engineering discipline.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.
• Strong mechanical engineering background.
• Experience with heat transfer, thermodynamics and cooling processes.
• Autodesk AutoCAD / Inventor experience.
• Plastics manufacturing experience particularly desirable, including extrusion, injection or compression moulding, PTFE, heat treating or casting.
