What You’ll Do- Receive orders and set up routings/work orders in the ERP system (E2, transitioning to Epicor)

• Identify required machines and estimate run times

• Coordinate with quality and production for job order release

• Support process improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

What We’re Looking For- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience) preferred

• Background in manufacturing process development or process engineering

• Strong GD&T knowledge and Lean Manufacturing experience

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
