Process & Quality Engineer (Hybrid Role)Company: ResonacLocation: GreensburgSchedule: 1st Shift | Monday–FridayTravel: Approximately 5%Position OverviewResonac Powdered Metals is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Process & Quality Engineer to support manufacturing operations and continuous improvement initiatives at our Greensburg, Indiana facility. This hybrid role combines responsibilities in both process engineering and quality engineering, making it ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys problem solving, driving efficiencies, and improving product quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and product qualityAnalyze production data and implement continuous improvement initiativesLead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality and process-related issuesDevelop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and quality standardsCollaborate with production, maintenance, and leadership teams to optimize operationsAssist with audits, customer quality concerns, and compliance activitiesMonitor KPIs and recommend improvements to reduce scrap and increase operational performanceParticipate in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and other automotive quality systems activities as neededQualificationsMinimum 3+ years of manufacturing experience requiredAutomotive manufacturing experience preferredBachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field preferredStrong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality systemsExperience with root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologiesExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively across departmentsCompensation & BenefitsStarting salary: $85,000+ annually, commensurate with experienceFull benefits package including:Medical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidays401(k) with company matchLife and disability insuranceCareer growth and development opportunitiesJoin Our TeamIf you are looking for an opportunity to make a direct impact in manufacturing operations while growing your engineering career, we encourage you to apply and become part of the Resonac Powdered Metals team in Greensburg, Indiana.
