Who You Are

 You’re a hands-on Process Engineer with a degree in Industrial, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering and 3+ years of experience in process development, scale-up, and validation. You excel at troubleshooting, optimizing manufacturing processes, and driving improvements with clear communication and technical expertise.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and implement new and improved manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct validation and execute Critical Process Parameter (CPP) batches.
  • Perform shear curve testing and scale energy requirements from lab to production.
  • Transition bench-scale processes to full-scale readiness.
  • Lead technology transfers from customer sites to internal facilities.
  • Establish and optimize process controls across Compounding, Filling, and Assembly.
  • Support and train production teams on process best practices.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for processes and equipment.
  • Recommend cost, quality, and efficiency improvements.
  • Stay current on industry trends and advancements.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s in Industrial, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3+ years of relevant process engineering experience.
  • Experience with root cause analysis, DOE, and process scale-up.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
