The Process Engineer coordinates all phases of mechanical equipment engineering products ensuring required specifications are met that focus on supporting production.

Designs equipment, supervise its installation and handles initial operation ensuring timeline, budget demands, and OSHA regulatory compliance are met.
Coordinate project staff activities relevant to technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.
Directs integration of technical activities and products.
Evaluates and approves design changes, specifications and drawing releases
Prepares interim and completion project reports.
Demonstrate Integrity in all aspects of daily activities
Actively participate in AGC Safety and Improvement initiatives
Comply with all aspects of AGC’s Global Code of Conduct
Comply with AGC’s leadership values

Required:

Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
Three to Five years experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or related field in a Manufacturing environment
Proficient in the use of a leading CAD system
Broad knowledge of mechanics and pneumatics systems
Experience in a problem-solving discipline such as Six Sigma or KT
Strong Project Management skills
Effective communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
