Job Description

One of our clients is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Process Engineer to support manufacturing operations at their facility in Ann Arbor, MI.

Pay Rate: $95k-$110k

**Shift: **Days

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity

• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions

• Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions

• Support new product launches, process validations, and equipment implementation

• Troubleshoot production and process-related issues to minimize downtime

• Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams

• Monitor process performance metrics and recommend improvements

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field

• 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production systems

• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma

• Experience with automation and production equipment

• Knowledge of CAD software and manufacturing systems

You should be proficient in:

• Metal Casting Experience
