Job Opportunity: Process Control Engineer

Pay Rate - $32-40/hour DOE

Key Responsibilities (Top 5-6)

• New product testing and validation for all areas of operation to align with the company innovation strategy.
• Establish effective monitoring tools to ensure successful implementation and sustainability of processes and systems.
• Analyze test data and provide feedback to improve product quality and manufacturing processes.
• Develop and maintain all critical process documentation for Production.
• Collaborate with process engineers to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance process efficiency and product quality.
• Collaborate with multiple department teams to develop specifications for new products.

Position Requirements:

• Strong project management skills
• Advanced Word and Excel knowledge
• Practical experience in Lean Six Sigma implementation preferred
• 3 years+ experience in a manufacturing environment or related field
• Education required: BA or BS in Management from a four-year College or University, or equivalent work experience.
