  • Experience: 0-2 yrs.
  • Qualification: MBA/B. Com with a minimum score of 60%.
  • Technical Requirement:
    • Overall understanding of MS Office (Word Excel PPT)
    • Fair typing speed.
    • Proof Reading capability (to find out differences in similar documents)
    • Basic Understanding of Companies Filing System & purpose of disclosing the company information.
    • Understanding Global Accounting Concepts.
    • Internet Browser / Cross Browser adaptability.
    • Working on Companies financial statements such as 10-K, 10-Q, 424b2 etc., using software.
    • Helping the Customer in timely filing by converting the document in given time lines.
    • Ensuring the documents are processed according to the business standards that are acceptable by SEC. (Securities Exchange Commission).
