Location: Fort Worth TX

What You Will Be Doing
This position will report to the Manager of the Business Requirements Tools Team within the Finance and Business Operations (F&BO) Core organization in Fort Worth, Texas. The F&BO Core organization is a functional department that supports all programs throughout Aeronautics (Aero). This allows the team the opportunity to work across many functions within all Lines of Businesses (LOBs) and have a dynamic workday.

The position requires an understanding of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) processes and supporting software tools to conduct requirements development, test plan creation, testing, and training related to new tool functionality. It will have a primary focus on ADP classified programs, but the candidate will need to work closely with other unclassified programs and LOBs to ensure process and tool standardization and adoption. Due to the nature of work, the candidate will be required to be onsite 50% of the work week.

Who You Are
You are a detail-oriented and process-driven professional with experience in project management, program operations, or business systems support within a complex, cross-functional environment. You have a strong understanding of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) principles and are comfortable working with integrated business tools and processes that support program performance, requirements management, and operational consistency.

You thrive in a collaborative, enterprise-wide environment where you partner across multiple lines of business to support requirements development, system testing, and tool implementation. You bring a structured approach to developing test plans, validating system functionality, and ensuring changes are effectively communicated and adopted through training and stakeholder engagement.

You are recognized for your ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical tool functionality, ensuring alignment, standardization, and compliance across programs. You are adaptable, comfortable working across both classified and unclassified environments, and effective in balancing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Selected candidate will require an active Secret clearance to begin employment and have the ability to obtain a Top-Secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or above

- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) guidelines, processes and their implementation on programs

- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

- Experience with problem solving/root cause analysis and process management

- Must have active Secret clearance and ability to obtain Top-Secret

Desired skills

- Prior experience working as a Control Account Manager (CAM), Financial Analyst, Planner, or Project Manager
- Familiarity with enterprise-level Program Performance Management tools (CASIE, Deltek, PM Compass, Cobra, Open Plan, and Empower data analytics)
- Experience in agile environment and methodologies as well as creating and maintaining project schedules related to the team’s program planning initiatives
- Ability to communicate and troubleshoot technical issues related to tool updates
- Ability to travel on a quarterly basis to coordinate and support program deployments
- Experience working with software developers and IT admins
- Must be able to effectively handle and execute multiple tasks in addition to working special project assignments simultaneously
- Demonstrated track record of working with multiple cross functional organizations and forming strong relationships
- Familiarity with Windows and server operating systems and their basic functions

Ability to work remotely

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Security Clearance Information

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $77,700 - $136,965. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

Premium Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $89,300 - $154,905. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
