Responsibilities

• Assist in the binding and finishing of printed materials, including cutting, folding, and assembling.
• Operate various bindery equipment under the supervision of experienced staff.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on bindery equipment as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a printshop or bindery environment is a plus, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn about bindery equipment.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
