We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Printing Press Operator to join our dynamic team in Cincinnati, OH. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our production process, ensuring high-quality print outputs while maintaining efficient operations. Responsibilities

Set up and operate various types of printing presses, including web offset and sheet-fed offset printing.
Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process to ensure adherence to specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
Perform mechanical assembly and machine setups for production runs.
Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications to determine print requirements.
Utilize digital and inkjet printing technologies as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and assembly skills.
Experience with machine setups for production runs.
Ability to meet physical requirements of the job, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with web offset printing, sheet-fed offset printing, and offset lithography.
Basic computer skills for operating printing software and maintaining records.
Prior experience in digital and inkjet printing is a plus.
