Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Printing Operator / Production Associate to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating printing equipment, preparing materials, monitoring print quality, and ensuring production goals are met in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate printing presses and production equipment
• Review work orders and production specifications to ensure accuracy
• Load paper, ink, and other materials into machines
• Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished products for defects and quality standards
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance on equipment
• Assist with cutting, folding, binding, packaging, and shipping preparation
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow company policies and safety procedures
• Meet production deadlines and quality expectations

Qualifications:

• Previous printing, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Overtime may be required based on production needs
