Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various printing machines, ensuring optimal performance and quality.
• Monitor the printing process to ensure accuracy and consistency in color and design.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment.
• Collaborate with the design team to understand project specifications and requirements.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance and make adjustments as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Keep accurate records of production runs and material usage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing technology is a plus.
• Previous experience as a Printer Operator or in a similar role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with various printing techniques and equipment.
• Basic mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
