Job Description

You will be the Printed Wiring Board Fabricator for the Missiles and Fire Control Team. Our team is responsible for performing a variety of complex, high‑dexterity, precision processes to fabricate bare (non‑populated) Printed Wiring Boards (PWBs/PCBs) and related items.



What You Will Be Doing


As the Printed Wiring Board Fabricator you will be responsible for executing precision fabrication processes that enable critical missile and fire‑control systems.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



  • Imaging, Etching, and Plating to create precise board designs.

  • Drill/Rout and Solder Mask/Legend Application to ensure seamless functionality.

  • Final Touch, bonding, and Electrical Testing to guarantee quality and performance.

  • Documentation to maintain meticulous records of your work.

Basic Qualifications

• Ability to read or interpret printed wiring board specifications, illustrations, and planning operations

• Prior experience with one or more operations in the
functional: areas of Imaging, Legend Application, Final
Touch, and/or Electrical Testing Documentation.

• Ability to perform the following support functions necessary for material preparation including but not limited to, shearing, cleaning, deburring, scrubbing, punching, baking, marking, and ability to understand basic chemical compatibility with guidance as necessary.

• Prior experience handling, mixing, and dispensing epoxy process chemicals required to perform bonding applications

• Due to facility requirements, all candidates must be U.S. citizens

Desired skills

• High school degree or equivalent.

• At least 1 year of related experience

• Experience in the following processes: final touch-up, bonding, AOI, and electrical test

Ability to work remotely

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
