We are looking for detailed oriented, enthusiastic, and motivated person to be our Print Fabrication Team Lead - 2nd shift.  The Team Lead will work closely with the Fabrication Manager to help coach and lead the Fabrication team.  This person will be solution-oriented person who will take the initiative to deliver high quality products and services.

Job Summary and Job Functions 

  • Oversee and provides clear direction to the team.
  • Working closely with the Digital team and the HQ Scheduler to create pull of available work to keep flow of work going.
  • Perform all fabrication duties as work load requires.
  • Review the daily backlog and RTO execution.
  • Identifying, prioritizing, and completing daily tasks to meet business and operational deadlines.
  • Drives all safety initiatives through leading by example and training.
  • Align with and believe in the company core values: We Say Yes, We Hustle, We Think Bigger, We Keep Promises, We Build People Up.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Heavy work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently to move objects.
  • Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
  • Standing. Particularly for sustained periods of time.
  • Feeling. Perceiving attributes of objects, such as size, shape, temperature or texture by touching with skin, particularly that of fingertips.
  • Visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned.
  • Subject to noise. There is sufficient noise to cause the worker to shout in order to be heard above ambient noise level.
