We are looking for detailed oriented, enthusiastic, and motivated person to be our Print Fabrication Team Lead - 2nd shift. The Team Lead will work closely with the Fabrication Manager to help coach and lead the Fabrication team. This person will be solution-oriented person who will take the initiative to deliver high quality products and services.

Job Summary and Job Functions
- Oversee and provides clear direction to the team.
- Working closely with the Digital team and the HQ Scheduler to create pull of available work to keep flow of work going.
- Perform all fabrication duties as work load requires.
- Review the daily backlog and RTO execution.
- Identifying, prioritizing, and completing daily tasks to meet business and operational deadlines.
- Drives all safety initiatives through leading by example and training.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Heavy work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently to move objects.
- Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
- Standing. Particularly for sustained periods of time.
