In the Technology Strategy team, we address issues that need cross-departmental input and involvement with senior executives throughout the company. While in the commercialization team, we develop partner networks to support increased productivity, speed, and innovation. We deliver innovative, global tech powered solutions to proactively identify, prevent, and manage risks ensuring a safe, secure, sustainable future for all. Our team focuses on strategic portfolio acceleration, cross-segment tech enablement, portfolio foundations, and technology business operations.
What you'll do:
Support, guide, and develop the best-in-class program management solutions focused on driving delivering and executing on complex security efforts.
1. Leadership: Strong leadership skills to effectively guide and inspire their teams. Should be able to set clear goals, provide direction, and motivate team members to achieve project objectives.
2. Communication: Excellent communication skills are crucial to facilitate effective collaboration and ensure that all stakeholders are on the same page. They should be able to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner, listen actively to others, and foster open dialogue.
3. Organization and Planning: Must be highly organized and skilled in planning and prioritizing tasks. Need to develop and execute project plans, identify and manage risks, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
4. Problem-solving and Decision-making: Should possess strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Need to be able to analyze complex situations, identify potential issues, and provide innovative solutions. Should also be comfortable making difficult decisions and taking responsibility for the outcomes.
5. Adaptability: Being adaptable and flexible in their approach is essential for successfully navigating highly dynamic situations and finding alternative solutions when necessary.
You will also receive PTO and/or PPTO that can be used for vacation, sick leave, holidays, or other purposes. The amount you receive depends on your job classification and length of employment. It will meet or exceed the requirements of paid sick leave laws, where applicable.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Certification in Project Management., Master’s degree in Business Administration, with specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or related area and 4 years’ experience in product design., We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
