Join our dynamic team in Largo, FL, as a CNC Machinist! We are seeking a skilled professional who is passionate about precision machining and has experience with a variety of CNC machines. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes to produce high-quality components. Responsibilities

• 4- 10+ years Set up and operation of and CNC Swiss Lathes (5+ axis).
• Utilize G-Code and M-Code programming for machine operations.
• Perform machine setups for production runs, ensuring optimal efficiency and quality.
• Work with CNC Swiss lathes and other advanced machining equipment.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure continuous operation.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Inspect finished products for quality and precision, making adjustments as necessary.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist with a strong understanding of CNC tooling.
• Proficiency in G-Code and M-Code programming.
• Experience with machine setups for production runs.
• Hands-on experience with CNC lathes (5+ axis).
• Familiarity with machine brands such as Star, Citizen, Tsugami.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
