Principle Specialist, HR Operations – Projects & Hypercare Support

This dynamic and fast-paced role within Enterprise Services Business Solutions will be responsible for supporting leadership in transitioning transformational and mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture (MA&D) projects from development into production via the use of Project Management tools, Hypercare case management infrastructure, and Executive dashboards.

What You Will Do

  • Support transformational and MA&D project leads in identifying risks, barriers and opportunities related to the transition of projects from development to deployment/sustainment.

  • Assist in the translation of project execution requirements into case management infrastructure to quickly identity and contain operational/production defects for resolution by dedicated project SMEs (Subject Management Experts).

  • Assist and as acumen increases lead resolution of operational/production defects within and across transformational and MA&D projects being supported.

  • In coordination with project leads/SMEs oversee support executive dashboard reporting.

  • Support cross-functional and cross-business unit collaboration with effective project management to track progress, resolve highly complex issues, and influence business leaders. Interact with business leaders on confidential transformational and MA&D priorities and translate into actionable plans.

  • Collaborate with RTX Case Management (ServiceNow) configuration team on deployment and process improvement opportunities.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • A University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.

  • Minimum 6 months working M&A and/or Global project implementation and integration experience.

  • Prior experience in HR operations, Finance, compliance, and workforce strategy within a multinational organization.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and administrative abilities.

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally, solve complex problems, lead through ambiguity and communicate effectively with all levels of leadership.

  • Proficient in HR & Finance technology platforms, especially Workday & SAP. Working knowledgeable of HR & Finance best practices and compliance with state and federal employment laws, payroll, taxes, benefits, accounting, vendor contracts, and HR systems.

  • Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Work Location: This is a hybrid role, eligible candidates must reside within commuting distance of Richardson, TX, Farmington, CT, Charlotte, NC, or Cedar Rapids, IA.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
