The Opportunity
We are seeking a Pricing & Contracts Manager to work at our St. Paul, MN location for our Vascular division.
The Pricing & Contracts Manager will provide pricing review and analysis for the US sales organization. The Pricing & Contracts Manager acts as a liaison between Account Executives, Regional Sales Directors, Director National Accounts, Director of Marketing, Product Directors, Finance, Senior Management and distributor partners in assessing and approving pricing requests for the company. Additionally, the Pricing & Contracts will work closely with the Director of Marketing to assess pricing trends, make recommendations based on competitive threats, analyze the impact of proposed pricing changes, support pricing activities and proactively identify ways to enhance the pricing process for the company. The Pricing & Contracts will be responsible for developing special pricing and responding to RFP's, enhancing and refining current pricing models/structures, and managing the profitability of existing and proposed business.

What You’ll Work On
- Develop and implement pricing strategies and programs appropriate for new and current products and their respective markets in response to market, competitive or internal conditions;
- Recommend pricing policies and strategies governing direct and distributor sales in order to maintain or improve competitive position and/or profitability;
- Ensure that review of current pricing for products takes place on a regular and consistent basis;
- Interfaces with Director of Marketing, Product Managers, Regional Sales Directors and Finance and coordinates the efforts of marketing and sales personnel toward the accomplishment of pricing objectives;
- Acts as a resource to the Sales and Marketing organizations in regard to current pricing policies and programs;
- Responsibility for the development and recruitment of a superior team, creating a high-performing team-based culture, this role will define, implement, track and ultimately influence key performance indicators and deliver superior, consistent and predictable results;
- Understands and is aware of the quality consequences which may occur from the improper performance of their specific job; has awareness of device defects that may occur in their area of responsibility, including product design, verification and validation, manufacturing and testing activities;
- Responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal/external business associates that reflects positively on the company and is consistent with the company’s policies and practices; build productive internal/external working relationships;
- Carries out duties in compliance with established business policies;
- Other duties as assigned, according to the changing needs of the business.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Pricing experience in Med Device industry
- Familiar with Power BI
- Advanced Excel, strongly preferred
- Understands data structures
- Familiar with SalesForce and CLM
