Job Overview:

The Pricing Contracts Administrator at IMMI will be essential in managing the day-to-day compliance of IMMI's long term agreements as well as raw material agreements & memorandum of understanding as it relates to pricing and rebates. This position will work with IMMI's largest customers to ensure commercial compliance of pricing and rebates.

LOCATION: Onsite- Westfield, IN 

RESPONSIBLITIES: 

  • Review and understand IMMI's LTAs, RMAs and MOUs with customers as it relates to pricing and rebates.
  • Track and manage to critical dates for implementations.
  • Receive pricing contracts from customers.
  • Review and filter price updates and communicate discrepancies (i.e. pricing discrepancies, missing items, out of production, etc..).
  • Update customer portals with information as needed.
  • Work with IMMI's Account Management team and customers to ensure price matching in systems.
  • Update price lists on a timely basis as well as open orders impacted.  
  • Verify accuracy of price lists and open orders
  • Track known price discrepancies with customers.
  • Work with Account Management and the Customer to actively close out discrepancies
  • Provide pricing chargeback support to IMMI's accounting department.
  • Audit contracts on on-going basis for item and price integrity.  
  • Track rebates and verify numbers to accounting prior to issue of credits/payment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Accounting or related degree.
  • Experience
    • +2 years of related experience
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
    • Extremely detailed oriented.
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Highly dependable
    • Good excel skills (vlookups, pivot table, etc…)
    • Oracle ERP experience is preferred.
    • High degree of computer aptitude
