Job Overview:
A Pricing and Analytics Manager develops and implements pricing strategies, analyzes data to understand pricing performance, and collaborates with various teams to enhance revenue and customer satisfaction. The Pricing and Analytics Manager is responsible for maintaining/evolving the vision, implementation, and execution of pricing strategy for Oliver Healthcare Packaging. The Pricing and Analytics Manager will be responsible for hiring, training, and managing pricing team members and creating consistent pricing processes. Drive overall growth in many ways including but not limited to leading a team of analysts to analyze cost and competitive data, track win/loss outcomes, and generate complex quotes for large RFQs. This role requires experience with CRM, Tableau and ERP systems plus the vision for evolving from manual ERP/Excel quoting. Part of the position’s duties will be designing accurate metrics to measure pricing’s effectiveness. Metrics should balance the need to drive profitable growth while ensuring a fast, positive customer experience.
