We are seeking an experience Pricing Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on driving pricing optimization through advanced data analytics, SQL-based database management, tariff analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical expertise, experience in pricing strategy, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. This position will be responsible for the research, analysis and maintenance of Equipment and Life Cycle pricing with direct guidance from the VP Business Planning and Finance. The Pricing Analyst is responsible for autonomously maintaining equipment and parts pricing, researching competitive data as well as assisting the VP Sales with development, implementation, and maintenance of pricing strategy for all marketing programs.

  • Own and manage the full lifecycle of pricing activities for equipment, aftermarket parts, including pricing strategy, execution, analytics, and reporting.
  • Use SQL and other data tools to extract, analyze, and maintain large datasets related to pricing, parts, and customer behavior.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve pricing models, including margin analysis, elasticity analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
  • Lead initiatives to automate and streamline pricing processes, including database-driven pricing tools and dashboards.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights to improve pricing effectiveness and profitability.
  • Evaluate the impact of tariffs, duties, and international trade regulations on cost structure and pricing decisions.
  • Conduct tariff analysis to forecast financial impacts, support compliance, and recommend pricing adjustments where applicable.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Finance, and Aftermarket teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives.
  • Evaluate and respond to special pricing requests, gross margins analysis, large bids, and volume-based pricing scenarios with structured, data-supported analysis.
  • Monitor and interpret market trends, customer data, and competitive positioning to support pricing decisions.
  • Support the development and enforcement of pricing policies, procedures, and governance controls.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economic, Marketing, Data Analytics or related field.
  • Three (3) or more years of pricing, financial analysis, or strategic analytics experience, preferably in a manufacturing or aftermarket environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying, joining, and manipulating relational databases.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of pricing theory, cost-plus and value-based pricing models.
  • Demonstrated ability to present complex data in clear, concise formats for executive decision-making.

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience analyzing the financial impact of tariffs, trade duties, and global supply chain costs on pricing and profitability.
  • Familiarity with Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) codes, customs documentation, and international logistics.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and integrated pricing modules.
  • Background in aftermarket support, parts pricing, or capital equipment sales.
  • Project management experience, especially in cross-functional environments.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with competitive intelligence, elasticity modeling, and margin optimization.

Pay Range:

$63,500.00 - $101,700.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
