Overview

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Preventive Maintenance Technicians on a 1099 contract basis to join our team throughout Wisconsin - NOT just the Milwaukee area (local work, no overnight travel). In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of our facilities. Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Identify and address potential issues before they lead to equipment failures.
• Document maintenance activities by uploading photos of completed work.
• Utilize tools and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours
