🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
Swap out filters and clean equipment in paint booths, prep stations, mix rooms & more
Climb in (yes, literally!) to clear paint build-up from tunnels and booths — you’ll get hands-on and see the results of your work
Perform general maintenance to keep things running at peak performance
Use power tools, testing equipment, and your own problem-solving skills
Communicate clearly with customers and teammates to ensure safe and effective service

A high school diploma or GED
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn — we’ll train the right person!
Comfort working in physically active roles and confined spaces
A safety-first mindset and great attitude
Maintenance or mechanical experience? That’s a big plus!
