About the Role:
The Pressman Level 3 & 4 plays a critical role in the non-durable goods manufacturing process by operating and maintaining printing presses to ensure high-quality production output. This position requires a deep understanding of press mechanics, ink application, and material handling to produce consistent and defect-free printed materials. The role involves troubleshooting mechanical issues, adjusting press settings, and collaborating with quality control teams to meet production standards and deadlines. The Pressman is responsible for maintaining safety protocols and ensuring compliance with operational guidelines to minimize downtime and waste. Ultimately, this position contributes directly to the efficiency and success of the manufacturing line by delivering precise and timely printed products.
