Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot stamping presses to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor production processes to maintain quality standards and efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on stamping equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and resolve issues.
• Document production data and maintain accurate records of operations.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
• Train and mentor junior technicians as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machining or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a stamping press technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with both transfer and progressive press
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with various stamping processes and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
