2nd shift Monday - Thursday (4/10's) 330pm-2am $2.00 shift differential

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Job Setter Press Set Up/Operator to join our dynamic team in Jonesboro, AR. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient setup and operation of our press machines, contributing to our commitment to continuous improvement and high-quality production. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate punch presses and stamping presses for production runs.
• Perform mechanical troubleshooting to resolve equipment issues promptly.
• Utilize calipers and micrometers for precise measurements and quality control.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate machine setups.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Assist in tool, die, and mold setups to optimize production efficiency.
• Operate forklifts as needed for material handling and machine setup.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with machine setups for production runs.
• Familiarity with tool, die, and mold setup processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints effectively.
• Proficient in using calipers and micrometers.
