Job Title: Press Operator
Classification: Full-Time, non-exempt
Hourly Rate: Depends on experience
Reports to: Operations Manager
Schedule: Swing Shift Monday - Friday, 2pm- 10:30pm (occasional weekends as needed)
Location: In-Office (no remote), 5000 N Basin Ave., Portland, OR 97217

General Summary: The Press Operator is responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of a 6-8 color, 40-inch Komori offset printing press to ensure high-quality production and efficient workflow. This role will require press make-readies, monitors print quality, performs routine maintenance, and helps troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime. The Press Operator works closely with the press team to meet production schedules working well under pressure within tight deadlines, follows safety and quality standards, and continuously improve press performance.
