75 Ton • 100 Ton • 300 Ton Presses

We’re looking for a Press Operator / Inspector to join our production crew! If you enjoy staying busy, working with equipment, and taking pride in quality work — this could be a great fit for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating 75T, 100T, 200T and 300T presses safely and efficiently

• Loading materials and removing finished parts from molds

• Inspecting parts to make sure they meet quality standards

• Removing excess material (flash) and keeping molds clean

• Completing basic production and inspection paperwork

• Reporting any equipment or quality concerns

• Helping with light press maintenance as trained

You’ll play a key role in making sure our customers receive top-quality parts!

Safety Comes First

• Wear required PPE 

• Follow Lockout/Tagout procedures

• Never bypass machine guards or safety devices

• Keep your work area clean and organized (5S mindset!)

• Speak up about hazards or concerns — we support stop-work authority

What It Takes

• Must be 18 years or older

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. frequently

• Comfortable standing/walking for 9–12 hour shifts

• Willingness to bend, reach, and stay active throughout the shift

• Mechanically inclined and detail-oriented

• Team player with a strong work ethic

• Reliable attendance 

• Ability to work overtime when production demands it
