**Shift: **1st Shift: Mon – Thurs, 6am– 3pm, Fri, 6am-10am

**Location: **Blaine, MN

Wage: $24.00 - $26.00

**About the Role:

**

We are seeking a skilled **Brake Press or Punch Press Operator

** to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating brake press machines to bend, form, and shape metal parts according to specifications.

**

**

**Job Duties:

**

• Set up and operate press machines safely and efficiently

• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and part drawings

• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards

• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

**Required Experience & Skills:

**

• Minimum 3 years as a Press Operator and set up

• Minimum 3 years reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and blueprints, and able to read and understand written and verbal instructions, including drawings and shear lists

• Ability to program equipment to fabricate material based on product prints

• Skilled at selecting appropriate tooling for production

• Ability to calculate blank sizes for jobs based on final product prints

• Knowledge of fabrication processes and ability to perform minor machine maintenance
