Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Stamping Press Operator second shift to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating stamping presses. This role is crucial in ensuring the production of high-quality components while adhering to safety standards and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate (90-1000 ton) stamping presses to fabricate metal parts according to specifications.
• Conduct quality control checks on finished products.
• Assemble components as required, following detailed instructions and blueprints.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the manufacturing process
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines within the manufacturing facility.
• Die Setter candidates will have preferred minimum of 5 years' experience in die setting 1000 ton presses or larger.
• ERP experience a plus - PLEX preferred.

Skills

• Proficient in operating stamping presses.
• Strong understanding of quality control processes and techniques.
• Experience with basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing facility is preferred

Current Schedule: Monday-Friday 5am-1:30pm or 3:30pm-12am (2nd Shift), some mandatory Saturday's

All second shift associates receive a 5% shift premium!!
