Currently, we're seeking an experienced Press Operator to join our team. In this role, you'll undertake a diverse range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Executing manual and automated tasks for the setup, maintenance, and operation of a multi-color press.
Ensuring adherence to quality standards and customer specifications for each job.
Operating the press efficiently to consistently deliver high-quality work, while upholding production and safety standards.
Actively participating in training opportunities to enhance skills and performance, thereby increasing productivity.
Cross-training to proficiently operate and produce quality work on at least one additional press.
Providing assistance to other department members during periods of heavy workload, vacations, or absences.
Willingly taking on additional duties as assigned.
