Currently, we're seeking an experienced Press Operator to join our team. In this role, you'll undertake a diverse range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Executing manual and automated tasks for the setup, maintenance, and operation of a multi-color press.
• Ensuring adherence to quality standards and customer specifications for each job.
• Operating the press efficiently to consistently deliver high-quality work, while upholding production and safety standards.
• Actively participating in training opportunities to enhance skills and performance, thereby increasing productivity.
• Cross-training to proficiently operate and produce quality work on at least one additional press.
• Providing assistance to other department members during periods of heavy workload, vacations, or absences.
• Willingly taking on additional duties as assigned.
