Responsibilities

• Set up and operate printing presses according to job specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor press operations to ensure consistent quality and efficiency throughout the production process.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment to minimize downtime.
• Adjust ink flow, pressure, and other settings to achieve optimal print quality.
• Inspect printed materials for defects and make necessary adjustments to meet quality standards.
• Maintain accurate production records and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Press Operator or in a similar role within the printing industry.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret job orders and specifications accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
