Express Employment Professionals is supporting an industry leader in their search for a skilled and motivated Press Operator to join our team in Eden Prairie, MN. As a Press Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. What's an average day like as a Press Operator?

• Set up and operate Komori printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials.
• Monitor press operations to ensure optimal performance and quality output.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment.
• Adjust ink and color settings to achieve desired print results.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the printing process to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

What we look for in a Press Operator?

• 5 years of proven experience with a Komori Press or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of printing processes and equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.

Schedule:

• Rotating schedule:- Week 1 Monday - Wednesday 6:00 pm to 6:00 am- Week 2 Monday - Thursday 6:00 pm to 6:00 am (alternating schedule)
