Press Operator 1st shift

We are seeking a Press Operator to become an integral part of our team!  This is an entry-level position with opportunities for advancement.  

We also periodically have openings in our laser, brake press, tooling, and welding departments.  

The position offers a good deal of variety in your day to day responsibilities.  There is a predictable work schedule, Monday  - Thursday with occasional mandatory overtime on Fridays (max would be two weeks per month).

Responsibilities:

• Operate punch and draw presses
• Inspect and package parts
• Run jobs as outlined in job instruction sheet or routing
• Be willing to be trained on setting up mechanical and hydraulic presses
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to read and follow written and verbal instruction from supervisor or lead person
• Qualifications are based upon skill, knowledge, ability and previous experience or closely-related or identical work
• Ability to handle physical workload. 
• Be able to lift at least 50 pounds. 

Four ten hour shifts per week 

1st shift: 4am - 2pm  Monday -Thursday

Pay: Starting at $18.75 + $ 1.00 attendance bonus + Company Gainshare
