Job Description

We’re hiring a Press Brake Setup Technician to support our production team. In this role, you’ll set up and operate press brake machines, ensure parts are formed to spec, and help keep production running smoothly and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Set up press brake machines for production runs
• Install, adjust, and align tooling for accurate operation
• Read blueprints and ensure parts meet required specifications
• Operate brake machines to bend and form metal components
• Perform quality checks using measuring tools (calipers, gauges, etc.)
• Make minor machine adjustments and clear alarms as needed
• Ensure materials and components are ready and meet quality standards
• Monitor production and suggest improvements for efficiency and quality
• Train and support operators on setup, inspection, and best practices
• Keep equipment maintained and your work area clean and organized
• Complete production paperwork accurately and on time
• Help maintain steady production flow between jobs

What We’re Looking For

• Previous press brake setup or machine operator experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Experience using precision measuring tools
• Comfortable working with machinery and making adjustments
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Team player who takes initiative

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Monday–Thursday | 4:15 PM – 2:45 AM
