We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Press Break Operator to join our dynamic team in Wood Dale, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining press brake machines to fabricate metal components with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and shape metal materials according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine job requirements.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required specifications and tolerances.
• Maintain and troubleshoot press brake equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining or manufacturing is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Press Break Operator or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes and machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing setting.
