We are seeking an experienced **Press Brake Machine Operator

**Set up and operate press brakes
** to fabricate sheet metal components to exact specifications.
**Perform CNC machine setup and changeovers
** to meet production requirements.
**Read and interpret blueprints
**, templates, and technical drawings to ensure accurate layout and fabrication.
Plan the sequence of operations using knowledge of metal properties and bending characteristics.
Operate additional fabrication equipment including notchers, rolls, hardware machines, and RAS panel benders (CNC).
Conduct routine hydraulic system maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustments.
Monitor production quality and make necessary corrections to maintain tight tolerances.
Collaborate with team members to improve workflow, efficiency, and safety.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑compliant work environment.
Flex to other production areas as needed.
2–3 years of experience as a Press Brake Operator or in a similar metal fabrication role.
Strong understanding of hydraulics, hydraulic components, and mechanical systems.
Proficiency in CNC setup, tooling selection, and machine adjustments.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, bend deduction charts, and fabrication drawings.
Experience with hydraulic press brakes required; RAS panel bender experience a plus.
Knowledge of sheet metal, fabrication processes, and basic hand tools.
Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
High attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade certification preferred.
Ability to stand for prolonged periods on a concrete floor.
Ability to lift 25 lbs or more as needed.
Average manual dexterity and ability to handle small tools and components.
