Job Title: Press Brake Technician
Reports to: Business Unit Leader of Specified Location
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Schedule: Monday – Thursday 4:00am – 2:30pm. Extended hours may be required to support business needs
Summary of position:
Operation of brake presses, operation of forklifts, lead part development and prototyping for new products, the ability to interpret complex technical drawings/blueprints and developing creative tooling and setup processes to manufacture parts to required specifications. The employee will also be responsible for performing quality checks and ensuring that parts meet the highest standards of efficiency and quality. Employees must follow standard work instructions and practice safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.

The position is in the factory and could involve sitting, standing, walking and lifting for long periods of time throughout the day.

This position works in a production environment. The position will report directly to the Production supervisor and will have daily interaction with other team members.
