## Responsibilities

Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and shape metal components according to specifications.
Program CNC press brakes for various bending operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine job requirements.
Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet industry standards and specifications.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on press brake equipment to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve workflow.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining or metal fabrication is a plus.
Proven experience as a press brake operator or programmer, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of CNC programming and operation, with the ability to read and interpret technical documents.
Familiarity with various types of materials and their properties, including metals and alloys.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
