Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Press Brake Operator / Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience forming and fabricating metal parts and is comfortable working with industrial equipment.

What You’ll Do:

• Set up and operate press brakes and metal-forming equipment
• Work with punch and die tooling
• Form and bend sheet metal to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality
• Perform hands-on metal fabrication and forming work
• Make machine adjustments as needed to produce quality parts

What We’re Looking For:

• Press brake, metal forming, sheet metal fabrication, or similar experience preferred
• Experience setting up and operating industrial machinery
• Ability to read blueprints or production drawings
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to use measuring tools and follow specifications
• Candidates with a strong mechanical/manufacturing background who can be trained on specific equipment are encouraged to apply

Important: This is a hands-on metal-forming position. CNC machining or electronic assembly experience alone is not a direct match unless combined with relevant metalworking or fabrication experience.
