Micro Metals is seeking a Press Brake Operator to join our fabrication team. If you enjoy working with precision equipment, reading blueprints, and producing quality parts that meet exact specifications, we'd like to hear from you.

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, values safety, and enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate CNC press brakes 
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and bend specifications 
• Select and install tooling for each production run 
• Perform first-piece and in-process quality inspections 
• Measure and verify parts using precision measuring tools 
• Adjust machine settings to maintain quality and production standards 
• Complete production documentation and quality records 
• Safely handle materials and finished parts 
• Maintain a clean, organized work area while following all safety procedures 
• Work closely with supervisors, quality, and production teams to meet customer expectations 

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED 
• Two years of press brake experience preferred 
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings 
• Experience using precision measuring tools 
• Strong attention to detail 
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills 
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds 
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic 
• Team player with a positive attitude
