We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our dynamic team in Sanford, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining press brake machinery to produce high-quality metal components. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and shape metal components according to specifications.
• Utilize measurement gauges, calipers, and micrometers to ensure accuracy and quality of finished products.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on press brake and punch press equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine production requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of punch press and press brake operations.
• Proficient in using measurement gauges, calipers, and micrometers.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
