Press Brake Operator

Pay: $25–$30/hr

Overview: We’re hiring a Press Brake Operator for a full-time, permanent opportunity in a busy fabrication environment. This role involves operating a press brake machine to shape and form metal components. While the majority of the day will be spent at the press brake, you may also assist in other fabrication areas as needed.

Location: Ashland, VA

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate press brake machine to bend and form metal parts

• Load and unload materials from the machine

• Assist with cutting and fabricating metal in other areas when needed

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Follow company procedures and safety protocols

Qualifications:

• Previous press brake experience required

• Strong math skills and ability to read a ruler accurately

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted

• Reliable work history and attention to detail

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Some overtime may be required)
