Job Description

**Hours: **

1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:30am - 4:30pm

2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 4:30pm - 2:30am

**Pay: **up to $30.00/HR

Duties:

• Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and form metal parts according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, work orders, and production schedules.
• Select tooling and perform machine adjustments to ensure accurate part production.
• Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process and make corrections as needed.
• Inspect finished parts to verify compliance with dimensional and quality requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and basic troubleshooting on press brake equipment.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

**Qualifications: **

• Previous press brake operating experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturing specifications.
• Strong understanding of press brake setup, tooling selection, and machine operation.
• Basic math skills, including measurements, fractions, decimals, and bend calculations.
• Experience using measuring tools to verify part dimensions and quality.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to identify and correct quality issues during production.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
