Press Brake Operator (2nd Shift)

Location: Madison Heights, VA

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4:30 PM - 2:00 AM

Pay: $17-$19/hour (based on experience)

A well-established and respected metal fabrication company in Madison Heights, VA is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Press Brake Operator to join their growing team on 2nd shift. Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and form metal components according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production drawings.
• Measure and inspect finished parts using tape measures, calipers, and other precision tools to ensure quality standards are met.
• Adjust machine settings and tooling as needed to achieve accurate bends and dimensions.
• Load and unload metal materials safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, fabrication, or press brake operating experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience working with metal products are a plus.
