Job Title: Press Brake Operator

Location: Lancaster, SC

Pay: $20.25/hour

Shift: 3rd Shift

What You’ll Do

• Set up and run a press brake machine to bend and shape metal parts

• Read basic blueprints and follow work instructions

• Measure parts to make sure they meet quality standards

• Make small machine adjustments during production

• Keep your work area clean and safe

• Work alongside welders and the fabrication team to hit production goals

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with press brake or metal fabrication (preferred)

• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (tape measure, calipers)

• Good attention to detail and mechanical skills

• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• Reliable and shows up ready to work

• Comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
