Press Brake Operator – $25–$28/hr | 1st Shift | Temp-to-Hire

CloudRay is seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator for a manufacturing opportunity. The ideal candidate will have experience setting up and operating CNC press brake equipment, reading engineering drawings, selecting tooling, adjusting machine settings, and inspecting finished parts.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC press brake equipment.

• Read drawings, work orders, and specifications.

• Select and install punches, dies, and tooling.

• Load, adjust, and troubleshoot CNC programs.

• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections.

• Use precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.

• Maintain quality, safety, production, and documentation standards.

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.

• At least 1 year of CNC press brake or similar metal-forming experience.

• Ability to read engineering drawings and dimensional tolerances.

• Experience with precision measuring equipment.

• Basic shop math skills.

• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.

Schedule & Pay:

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM

• Pay: $25–$28/hr + overtime

Location: Commutable from Decatur, Madison, and Athens, Huntsville, AL.
